8. Installation on the Cytometer

1 2mm Allen key
1 2.5mm Allen key

Step 1: Dilution chamber

Install the ChamberArm.stl like the picture below with 2 screws M4X30 Hex Cap and 2 M4 Nuts.
Use a Colson ring to creat a tab and insert it in the hole as shown in the picture below.

Put the magnetic strirring systems through the hole provided for this purpose and push it in until the end.

Slide the Chamber.stl on the ChamberArm.stl

Step 2: Segregostat on the Cytometer

Slide the Segregostat (green arrow) onto the cytometer cover by inserting it from the back using the skids (purple arrow).
Put the stoppers from underside and screw with M3X20 (x2) and M3 nut (x2) for each parts using a 2mm Allen key.

Place the Segregostat so that the stoppers are in contact with the cytometer cover.

Screw in the M5x120 screws (left & Right side) to tighten the Segregostat frame on the Cytometer cover. (4 screws)

Step 3: Segregostat Cover

Use M4x12 Countersunk Head to secure the cover to the front and back panel with an 2.5mm Allen key.
